Roger Arnold
Roger Arnold is an activist and community organizer, as well as a former lawyer.
- Roger focuses his efforts on Global/National issues that have a local impact, including:
- The plight of Black Trans Women
- Police violence against Black men
- Palestine/BDS
- Environmental racism, including re-zoning
- Houselessness and food poverty
- Ending death penalty

- Volunteer weekends to feed the houseless and food poor
Significant recent 2019 projects have included:
- Rodney Reed: Along with Hadi Jawad and Lilly Bown, worked with the family of Rodney Reed to prevent Rodney’s execution.
- Shingle Mountain: Worked with SSR founder Marsha Jackson, Mavis, Sister Patricia and other members of South Dallas based environmental justice group to shut down company responsible for creation of Shingle Mountain
- Worked with SSR to obtain unanimous Planning Commission approval to hold an authorized hearing to reconsider the racist zoning of a 553-acre tract of land in South Dallas
